Hiring: District Manager - HVAC Service and Solutions Company: Daikin Applied Americas Location: Raleigh, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:23:14 About the job Experience: •6+ years related experience and/or training within the commercial HVAC service industry or parallel industry •10+ years of related experience preferred •4+ years of people leadership experience Required Skills: •Develop business plans, strategies and objectives to ensure quotas and financial plans are met or exceeded •Develop plans and align work and resources so that customer needs, contractual obligations, and service work is completed within appropriate timeframes and meets quality expectations •Manage district P&L and deliver on financial goals (revenue and operating income) •Lead Account Managers and the fulfillment team maturity enabling growth in service and repair, complex turnkey, building automation and energy solution projects •Build and maintain rapport with internal and external business partners, including Manufacturer's Reps, Equipment Sales Managers, National Accounts team, Solutions team to ensure sales objectives are communicated and achieved •Drive implementation of Daikin culture, including prioritization of safety and People-Centered Management, for the district •Provide leadership for the service team, including Service Coordinators, Account Managers, and Technicians •Coach and develop employees in order to maximize performance and potential Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience •Leadership experience in Service, Sales, and Operations •Previous experience working with financial statements and managing P&L in excess of $5M •H1, H2, and/or H3 HVAC Licensing, preferred Compensation: •$113,800 - $221,900 / year •Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
