Experience with AS400 not required but a plus. •Bilingual English-Spanish preferred. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and applicable requirements; write routine reports and correspondence; and communicate effectively with employees, customers, managers, and cross-functional partners. •Solid functional working knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, common carriers, parcel services, international shipping requirements, safety practices, and warehouse systems. Required Skills: •Leadership and Workforce Management •Lead, direct, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational, safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives. •Plan staffing levels, schedules, workload assignments, and resource allocation based on customer demand, operating priorities, and business requirements. •Establish clear performance expectations, monitor results, provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and administer corrective action in accordance with company policy. •Interview, select, onboard, train, and develop employees while supporting engagement, retention, cross-training, and succession planning. •Address employee concerns, resolve day-to-day workplace issues, and promote accountability, teamwork, and consistent application of standard work. •Warehouse Operations Management •Direct daily warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, driver coverage, clerk activities, key making, picking, and packing. Qualifications: •Associate degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
