Location: Lansing, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:37:16 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Experience: •3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution environment •3-5 years inventory management experience •70 years of success •5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution environment •5+ years ERP/WMS experience Required Skills: •Knows procedures of inbound, outbound, identification, traceability, handling, and storage processes to ensure efficient completion of daily operations. •Knows products, product flow and internal warehouse logistics. •Is familiar with warehouse equipment such as RF units, forklifts, order pickers, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, scales, and other equipment •Able to use ADP, Eclipse, Solar Eclipse, Starship, document processing, and any other necessary software •Works with Operations Manager to monitor and communicate appropriate operational metrics, including staffing plans and meeting labor budget •Schedules and reviews warehouse management reports and takes timely action to address issues. •Engages warehouse management and HR regarding personnel and disciplinary concerns. •Monitors warehouse status queues to ensure proper lead times are being maintained.
