Required Skills: •Investigate telecom-related customer, vendor, or carrier disputes by reviewing billing records, tariffs, contracts, switch data, and supporting documentation. •Analyze CABS invoices, access charges, usage records, LD/IXC billing, and intercarrier settlement details to determine dispute validity and financial impact. •Review, interpret, and apply FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements to validate charges and support dispute positions. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams (billing operations, network, finance, carrier relations, vendor management) to resolve discrepancies. •Prepare detailed case summaries, financial analyses, and recommendations for dispute outcomes. •Process approved adjustments, credits, or escalations based on telecom billing standards and policy requirements. •Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and contractual obligations. •Identify recurring dispute trends; present findings and partner with leadership on process improvements.
