Required Skills: •Manage coordination tasks, including material and warranty purchases, returns, literature collection, and handling all incoming customer service requests. •Schedule work based on priorities and needs, dispatching the appropriate technician(s) to ensure smooth operations. •Coordinate with the customer to confirm the scheduled time for a technician to perform the required work. •Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork, such as timecards, job setups, and purchase orders. •Maintain regular communication with field, sales, and management teams. •Immediately inform customers of any changes to schedules or requests that cannot be accommodated, makes efficient use of communication tools. •Keep supervisors updated on any relevant changes, customer feedback, or issues with pricing. •Provide customers with confirmation of completed work through phone calls or emails. Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced setting. •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. •Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to stay professional and positive under pressure. •Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams. •Associate’s degree in business •No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
