Qualifications: •Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, home delivery, customer service, call-center support, or office administration is preferred. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. •Demonstrated capacity to multitask, prioritize urgent issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information and confirming appointments. •Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and dispatch or delivery-management systems. •Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
