Required Skills: •Strategic Leadership & Governance •Provide strategic direction and oversight for work records integrity and work order closeout activities across utility operations. •Establish and maintain enterprise standards, controls, and governance processes to ensure work records are complete, accurate, consistent, and auditable. •Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and performance metrics supporting records integrity and closeout excellence. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, documentation quality, and compliance performance. •Work Order Closeout Management •Lead work order closeout operations supporting gas and electric utility functions across CenterPoint Energy operating jurisdictions. •Ensure timely closure of work orders and associated documentation in accordance with established service level expectations and regulatory requirements.
