Required Skills: •Build a highly effective team with a winning culture and enhance organizational capabilities to develop strong talent pipelines. •Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines to ensure long-term bench strength for site and network. •Lead & manage overall site to meet or exceed company objectives for safety, quality, cost/budget, employees’ well-being, delivery, and customer experience. •Develop production plans and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of distribution operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards. •Accountable for achievement of customer service KPIs including on-time departure, order accuracy measured as dpmo, inventory accuracy. •Develop and execute the site's strategic roadmap, aligning facility capabilities, automation, labor planning, and continuous improvement initiatives with long-term business growth considerations. •Ensure the facility meets US and local regulatory and legal requirements. •Build and monitor production schedules to ensure they are aligned with customer demand and corporate inventory goals. Qualifications: •Targeting individuals with proven leadership experience and 7-10+ years working in a similar automated distribution center environment. •Previous medical distribution experience and/or e-commerce a plus. •Lean Six Sigma (certified or experience), preferred not required. •Solid functional working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System, highly preferred. •Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers and employees. •Effective in structuring, analyzing and understanding data (brings analytical and problem solving skillset). •Entrepreneurial mind-set and prepared to operate in a fluid and changing environment. •Tenacious focus on the customer and clear bias toward action. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage and influence resources internal and external to the organization.
