Required Skills: •Assist in the production and review of appraisal and consulting assignments across multiple markets. •Manage client relationships throughout the appraisal lifecycle, including engagement, due diligence, report delivery, and revision requests. •Coordinate the procurement of due diligence materials required to complete appraisal assignments. •Conduct property inspections, market research, and competitive analyses. •Train, mentor, and review the work of team members, as needed. •Provide guidance and support to staff appraisers and research analysts throughout the project lifecycle. •Contribute to the enhancement of proprietary valuation software by providing user feedback and recommendations. •Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth nationwide. •Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, including travel as needed. •Perform other duties as assigned. •Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays •Education And Experience •Bachelor's degree required; degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred. •Master's degree preferred. •5+ years of commercial and/or multifamily real estate appraisal experience preferred.
