Required Skills: •Develop and implement a multi-year Procurement Operations strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborator needs, and evolving supplier landscapes. •Lead regional Procurement Operations teams across Purchase Order-to-Pay processes, ensuring effective service delivery, operational excellence, and global consistency. •Drive AI and automation adoption within Procurement Operations, applying AI best-known methods (BKMs), intelligent workflows, and human-in-the-loop solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, and collaborator experiences. •Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), service metrics, operational controls, and departmental performance plans. •Partner with senior business leaders, Procurement Category teams, and global collaborators to develop and implement strategic solutions that support business growth and operational effectiveness. •Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement procedures while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices. •Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, business partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage conflict, and promote a customer-focused approach. •Lead, mentor, and develop procurement leaders and teams while effectively communicating corporate initiatives, strategic priorities, and organizational objectives.
