Develops and implements long-term plans, staffing models, and resource strategies to support current and future business needs •Establishes and enforces operational controls, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies, including ICFR and audit readiness •Leads process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of transaction processing •Oversees the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics •Partners with senior leaders across divisions and business units to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery •Carries out all activities to ensure the timely, accurate and efficient processing of transactions; works with a range of transaction services offerings (e.g., Cash Management, funding activities and payment applications) •Monitors processing of transactions. Develops processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. •Accountable for functional budget planning, resource allocation, and investment prioritization to ensure achievement of strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.
