Required Skills: •Extensive, hands-on experience in trade compliance, spanning all core areas of the discipline — including transactions, technology transfer, and tariffs — with deep, hands-on expertise in classification (ECCN/HTS) and program management. •Proven experience managing and scaling a global team of trade compliance professionals at all career levels, ideally in a high-growth environment. •Semiconductor industry or related advanced-technology experience required. •Strategic thought leader with strong business acumen and sound judgment. •Politically savvy, with strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders beyond formal authority across a complex, matrixed organization. •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex regulatory concepts into simple, actionable terms for the business. •Nimble learner, quick to adopt new tools and technologies; technical or engineering background a plus. •The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; a Juris Doctorate or other advanced degree is a plus but not required. •Licensed customs broker a plus.
