Required Skills: •Strategic Leadership & Governance •Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and support entry into new regulated markets, government programs, and strategic customer opportunities. •Develop and execute the strategy, governance structure, roadmap, and operating model for Mott's trade compliance and government security programs. •Assess trade compliance, security, and government contracting risks associated with partnerships, joint ventures, and new business initiatives. •Serve as a key stakeholder in strategic planning for defense, space, semiconductor, and nuclear-energy growth initiatives and senior advisor to leadership on the trade compliance, industrial security, government contracting compliance, export-controls and related business risks associated with those initiatives. •Establish program objectives, controls, metrics, escalation paths, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Mott's growth in regulated markets. •Lead enterprise-level risk assessments, internal reviews, audits, corrective actions, and remediation plans related to trade compliance and security requirements. •Oversee compliance with EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions, U.S. Customs, anti-boycott rules, export licensing, import requirements, restricted-party screening, and related controls. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred. •Demonstrated experience serving as, or closely supporting, an FSO in an organization that holds or is pursuing a Facility Clearance. •Deep working knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions, U.S. Customs requirements, NISP requirements, FCL administration, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and CUI protection requirements. •Proven ability to advise senior leaders, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and build compliance programs that are practical, scalable, and business-oriented. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, project management discipline, and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear operational guidance. •A current security clearance at the secret level or the ability to reactivate or obtain a secret security clearance to support the FCL program. •Are you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?
