Required Skills: •Lead and develop a team of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance analysts. •Develop and recommend compensation strategies, including base pay structures, sales and commission plans, variable pay, bonus programs, and long-term incentives. •Review and optimize compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, appropriate leverage, performance alignment, and accurate administration. •Oversee compensation materials for quarterly HR Committee and Board of Directors presentations. •Advise HR Business Partners, leaders, and Talent Acquisition on complex compensation matters. •Develop and manage the total rewards budget; conduct cost-benefit and financial analyses of programs. •Ensure compensation and benefits programs are compliant and effectively deployed. •Manage third-party vendors supporting benefits, retirement plans, and compensation services. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •HRIS experience and strong analytical capabilities. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Preferred: HR certifications (CHRL, SHRP, PHR, SPHR). •Strong business acumen; able to interpret financial documents and connect HR strategies to business outcomes. •Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends, identify organizational needs, and propose effective solutions. •Skilled in data governance, data interpretation, and coaching others in data-driven decision-making. •Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
