Qualifications: •A track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority. •Strong people leadership skills with experience building, developing, and growing high-performing teams. •Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills. •A solid understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering processes, and technical architectures. •Demonstrated capacity to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, balancing long-term objectives with near-term execution. •MBA, advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience.
