Required Skills: •The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in high-speed interconnect technologies with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-facing problem-solving skills. •Build a cloud-native platform to unify factory, validation, and field telemetry. •Formalize expertise in NIC/switch interop to accelerate root-cause resolution. •Use continuous AI/ML-driven feedback loops to optimize DSP and link performance. •Expand validation to cover Ethernet, PCIe, and CXL at a system level. •Own the system validation roadmap and qualification plan for DSP chips and related product families. •Lead validation activities from engineering development through internal qualification. •Establish validation methodologies, test coverage metrics, and quality standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; A Master's degree is preferred. •Five years of technical leadership experience. •Operational familiarity with Ethernet standards/PCIe compliance/InfiniBand architecture/CXL ecosystem. •Strong experience with high-speed interconnect technologies and networking systems.
