Required Skills: •S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process Ownership •Build and own global S&OP and S&OE processes from the ground up, establishing structured monthly and weekly planning cadences. •Lead all major planning forums, including Demand Review, Supply Review, Financial Reconciliation, and Executive S&OP meetings. •Evolve the organization from a traditional S&OP model to a fully integrated IBP process that aligns operational, financial, and strategic planning. •Establish governance, decision-making frameworks, escalation processes, and executive reporting to support enterprise-wide planning and accountability. •Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership with visibility into risks, opportunities, gaps, and key business decisions. •Develop and govern the company's demand planning process across short-term execution, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning horizons. •Partner closely with Commercial Operations and Finance to create consensus-driven demand forecasts for both commercialized and pipeline products. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred. •Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and owning S&OP or IBP processes. •Deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization. •Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational plans to P&L performance, budgeting, and working capital objectives. •Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. •Operational familiarity with DEA-regulated products and associated supply chain requirements. •APICS CPIM, CSCP, or IBF certifications. •Knowledge of global supply chains, including European regulatory, import/export, and compliance considerations.
