You'll be an integral part of the leadership team dedicated to making Living Health a reality. •As part of the enterprise Strategy & Transformation Office, the incumbent will collaborate with the senior-most executives and stakeholders across the organization to assist in the development and improvement of key enterprise strategic initiatives and will work closely with STO VPs and EVP to set project, office, and team direction. •People leadership – responsible for the development and growth of a small team of strategists, including ongoing performance management and mentorship. •Office leadership – improving how we work as a team, creating actionable improvement plans, supporting general office management to ensure team effectiveness and satisfaction. •This position is based out of the Pittsburgh (or Buffalo) office with a minimum 3-day per week in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday. •Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. •Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develops and implements policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority. •Interface directly with business / market owners to identify key business issues, apply right analytical framework, develop solution and recommendations, represent findings to stakeholders, and own the outcome. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree •Master's Degree in Business or Public Health or an MD •PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS and WORKING CONDITIONS •Travel regularly from the office to various work sites or from site-to-site •Works primarily out-of-the office selling products/services (sales employees) •The job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this job title.
