This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital technologies, market trends, and business strategy. •This team serves as a critical partner to Sony DX leadership and is a key thought partner to leadership across multiple Sony companies. This team will drive strategy, opportunity assessment, planning, analytics, and decision support across our digital transformation group. •This position will require 2-3 days in person in the Culver City office. •Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. •Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and growth. •Manage, mentor, and grow a high-talent talent dense team. •Create, manage and implement short-, mid- and long-term strategic plans. Qualifications: •The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $185,000 to $220,000.
