Hiring: Director, Strategic Pricing - US Livestock Company: Cargill Location: Lewisburg, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 12:29:41 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management About the job Required Skills: •This role within our North American Animal Nutrition & Health business will lead the development and execution of strategic pricing strategies and processes to support the continuous development of strategic pricing people, process and technology capabilities across the US Pork, Poultry and Beef Feedlot businesses. •Lead the execution of profitability optimization projects across business groups and provide leadership for the continuous optimization of critical pricing capabilities such as value-based pricing, bids and RFP’s, deal pricing and negotiations, and SKU and customer profitability analysis. •Also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
