Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. •Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and operational excellence. •In-depth knowledge of digital procurement technologies, AI, and data analytics to enhance sourcing strategies. •Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. •Must be able to produce visually engaging reports to drive continuous improvement through measurement and monitoring of KPIs •Familiarity or subject matter expertise in one of more relevant sourcing categories preferred. •The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify potential areas for sourcing.
