Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships through performance management, contract negotiation, spend analysis, and ongoing business reviews. •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, and product development, to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives. •Identify opportunities to improve processes through digital solutions, automation, Lean methodologies, market intelligence, and supply chain best practices. •Oversee sourcing project prioritization, governance, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure successful execution and achievement of key objectives. •Support new product development initiatives by engaging preferred suppliers early in the process to ensure quality, innovation, supply continuity, and commercial success. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration. •People leadership or management experience. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. •Strong business analysis capabilities with the ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with stakeholder objectives. •In-depth knowledge of major commodity categories and sourcing best practices. •Demonstrated success negotiating supplier agreements and delivering value through strategic sourcing initiatives. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manipulate, and leverage data to support strategy development and negotiations. •Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive results through cross-functional teams in a global environment. •Demonstrated capacity to develop strategic plans and successfully execute them through completion. •Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
