Qualifications: •: Strong foundation in modern technology stacks, open-source technologies, and cloud-native applications across private and public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure). •: Ability to deliver functional features rapidly in a fast-paced Agile environment, adapting to evolving priorities and business needs. •: Skill in partnering with technical and business teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, platform modernization, and operational improvements. •Talent Development & Team Leadership •: Proven ability to attract, develop, and mentor engineering talent, building bench strength and raising the skill level across technology teams. •Offshore & Vendor Management •: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and influence decision-making at all levels.
