Required Skills: •Lead and oversee the Security Program Team annual budget Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with regular on-site presence of up to 2 days per week. •Flexibility to travel up to 50%, with the potential for increased travel or in-office presence as business needs evolve. •Strong knowledge of physical and corporate security principles, technologies, and operations, including access control, video management systems (VMS), investigations, crisis management, and incident response. •Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess security risks and vulnerabilities and develop effective mitigation strategies. •Demonstrated leadership and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and industry partners. •Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex security initiatives, competing priorities, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate security risks and recommendations and develop effective security training and awareness programs. •Demonstrated experience with third-party compliance programs and applicable industry frameworks and standards, including SOC, NIST, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory or compliance requirements. •Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business, engineering, or related field •Master's degree preferred.
