A cross-functional strategic alignment team for products (inline and pipeline assigned products). •Contributes strategic input into scientific engagement plans that include but are not limited to functional strategy, gap and competitor analysis, scientific data dissemination, clinical trial support materials, clinical steering committee planning and execution, and publication development •Develop integrated scientific and clinical communication for internal and external stakeholders to establish Pacira’s expertise in pain management, and which underscore the medical, economic, and patient-centered value that the Pacira product portfolio delivers to healthcare providers, patients, and society •Participate in the scientific strategy planning process to ensure compliant integration across members of extended Medical teams, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Health Outcomes and Value Assessment, as well as commercial partners and external stakeholders. •Provide insight into the development of the publication strategy and plan in accordance with clinical trial results/milestones, changes in the healthcare landscape, and identified data gaps/needs •Develop and implement a scientific strategy, as well as content and maintenance of the Scientific Platforms and Clinical Trials web presence for all Pacira products •Develop scientific communications materials as identified to advance initiatives for education and communication purposes working with internal scientific and clinical teams Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
