The ideal candidate is highly organized and mission-focused, with strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. •The DAG Lead will •Develop and coordinate executive-level briefings, information papers, decision packages, staff summary sheets, and other leadership products •Manage the intake, assignment, tracking, staffing, and closeout of taskers using Air Force and DoD task-management systems, including ETMS2, SharePoint, and related tools, ensuring suspense’s are met across PAE AC program offices •Coordinate with program offices and external stakeholders to collect, consolidate, analyze, and synthesize inputs into accurate and timely responses •Review and perform quality control of staff packages, decision papers, briefings, and executive correspondence prior to submission to senior leadership, including SecAF, CSO, DAF RCO, and SAF/SQ •Monitor organizational effectiveness and identify process gaps, deficiencies, risks, and coordination issues for leadership awareness and resolution Qualifications: •Master’s degree •Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen.
