Required Skills: •Lead RTSM and IRT strategy across Phase I-IV global clinical studies, ensuring efficient randomization and investigational product supply management. •Partner with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors to deliver seamless trial execution. •Oversee risk management, forecasting, and contingency planning related to trial supply and patient randomization activities. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including RTSM governance, KPIs, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies. •Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while managing key vendor relationships and escalations.
