Qualified U.S.-based candidates are encouraged to apply. •Leads industry working groups and alliances to influence global standards, ensuring QualityDocs maintains its position as the market-defining solution •Own and evolve the quality content model and common standards, translating regulatory shifts into actionable product requirements •Be a thought leader that identifies “friction points” where harmonization is lacking; develop the value messaging and strategic plan to lead customers through these transitions •Takes ownership of key technology and AI partnerships that are critical to the QualityDocs ecosystem and integration success •Works cross functionally with product, strategy, services to contribute to the future direction and vision of QualityDocs •Partner with post implementation teams and business consulting for internal enablement on the “Greater Why” of compliance and industry best practices Qualifications: •Proficiency in document management, product development lifecycle, and proposing solutions to common adoption challenges •Demonstrated capacity to facilitate strategic sessions collaborating with industry peers to distill and influence key objectives and innovation •Demonstrated capacity to hold meaningful conversations with Quality and IT personnel of various different organizational sizes •Demonstrated capacity to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 20% •Industry experience with GMP quality content, training management, quality systems processes, manufacturing, or QC •We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
