Hiring: Director, Psychoeducational Diagnostic and Intervention Clinic (PDIC) Company: Ball State University Location: Muncie, IN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 17:26:31 Employment Type: Internship Target Skills & Keywords : HIPAA, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Clinical Leadership and Service Delivery •Provide leadership for the delivery of high-quality psychoeducational, psychological, behavioral, and related clinical services. •Maintain clinical standards consistent with ethical, legal, accreditation, and university requirements (i.e., APTC). •Conduct psychological, psychoeducational, developmental, and behavioral assessments as needed. •Actively facilitate and support development and expansion of assessment and intervention services responsive to community needs. •Ensure appropriate documentation, risk management, and quality assurance practices. •Collaborator with the School Psychology EdS and PhD program in the Department of Educational Psychology. •Supervise graduate student engaged in clinic-based practice, internships, and training experiences. Qualifications: •Doctoral degree in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related psychology discipline from an accredited institution. •Licensed Psychologist in the State of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP), or eligibility for Indiana licensure at the time of appointment. •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders. •Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP or APA-accredited program •Minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychological assessment and intervention services beyond doctoral internship or postdoctoral training. •Demonstrated experience supervising graduate students, trainees, or clinical staff. •Indiana licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist. •Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
