Required Skills: •Build, implement, and continuously mature STACK's enterprise protective intelligence, executive protection, travel security, and event security programs. •Establish intelligence and threat-monitoring capabilities to identify, assess, and communicate emerging threats affecting STACK executives, employees, facilities, operations, events, travel, and brand reputation. •Develop standardized threat assessment, risk-rating, escalation, and response protocols and provide timely intelligence assessments and briefings to executive leadership. •Develop and manage executive protection standards and protective strategies, including executive risk assessments, travel security, protective advances, public appearances, high-profile engagements, and third-party protective services. •Lead STACK's employee travel security program, including domestic and international travel risk assessments, threat monitoring, traveler communications, emergency assistance, and management of associated intelligence and notification platforms. •Develop and manage STACK's event security program, including event intake, threat and venue assessments, security planning, protective measures, executive/VIP considerations, and post-event reviews. •Partner with Marketing, Public Relations, Public Policy, Legal, Human Resources, Executive Leadership, and other stakeholders to assess and manage security considerations associated with events, emerging threats, activism, reputational concerns, and other sensitive matters. •Support office security and workplace violence prevention through security assessments, threat management, response planning, and partnership with the Physical Security function. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies, Business, Public Administration, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience developing enterprise protective intelligence, executive protection, travel risk, or event security programs. •Strong executive communication and presentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion. •Master's degree (MBA, MPA, MS Security Management, or similar). •ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP). •Certified Threat Manager (CTM). •FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) training.
