Required Skills: •This position requires demonstrated experience leading high complexity transition efforts involving hundreds of personnel, multi-vendor coordination, and mission critical system activation. •Your future duties and responsibilities •Enterprise Transition Leadership •Lead full Transition In strategy, execution, staffing, and readiness across all program components. •Develop and manage large scale transition roadmaps, integrated master schedules, dependencies, and milestones. •Direct cross-functional alignment across engineering, cloud, migration, security, testing, and O&M teams. •Oversee activation of facilities, personnel, systems, environments, tooling, processes, and governance mechanisms. •Direct hiring, onboarding, credentialing, training, and leadership placement for all transition personnel.
