Required Skills: •Facility and help drive the next phase of growth for our aerospace casting operations. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across production and process engineering, tooling, dimensional/layout engineering, new product introduction (NPI), and process automation initiatives. •At Chromalloy, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability •. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. As a people leader, you'll play a key role in developing talent, improving processes, and delivering results that help keep aircraft flying safely around the world. •Lead all site engineering functions, including production and process engineering, tooling design and operations, dimensional/layout engineering, NPI, and PMA program execution. •Develop and execute the engineering strategy supporting site growth, capacity expansion, operational excellence, and customer commitments. •Drive process automation initiatives including robotics, cobots, CNC integration, digital manufacturing technologies, and AI-enabled process controls. •Sponsor and oversee the rollout of TeamCenter and digital-thread technologies to strengthen engineering processes, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision making. •Partner with Operations, Quality, Continuous Improvement, EHS, and HR leadership to achieve site performance objectives.
