Required Skills: •Define the content product strategy required to support responsible AI-enabled clinical decision support experiences. •Establish roadmap priorities for improving content readiness for search, retrieval, answer generation, source grounding, and user workflows. •Translate content standards, quality expectations, editorial needs, and AI-readiness requirements into scalable product priorities and platform requirements. •Lead the evolution of content rubrics and standards in partnership with clinical, editorial, product, and AI teams. •Build feedback loops that identify content gaps, quality issues, user pain points, and opportunities to improve content usefulness. •Define requirements for content structure, tagging, taxonomy, metadata, source traceability, and authoring workflows. •Partner with Editorial Operations, editorial platform, and engineering teams to identify workflow and tooling needs that make structured content creation, curation, review, and maintenance easier and more scalable. •Drive alignment across product, editorial, clinical, engineering, AI, commercial, and leadership stakeholders. Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to set product strategy, influence executive stakeholders, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives as an individual contributor. •In-depth knowledge of content quality, editorial workflows, structured content, metadata, taxonomy, or knowledge systems. •Demonstrated capacity to translate complex content and platform needs into product requirements, prioritization frameworks, and measurable outcomes. •Strong analytical skills and ability to define metrics, feedback loops, and decision frameworks. •Excellent communication and storytelling skills across product, editorial, clinical, technical, commercial, and executive audiences. •Operational familiarity with responsible AI, source grounding, content evaluation, or human-in-the-loop review workflows. •Content strategy is clearly connected to product quality, clinician trust, customer value, and responsible AI. •Cross-functional teams are aligned on the content capabilities and workflow improvements needed to support AI-ready clinical knowledge. •Content standards and rubrics become clearer, more measurable, and easier to operationalize. •Content is increasingly structured and maintained in ways that improve AI-enabled product experiences.
