Required Skills: •Grow the Business: Act as the ultimate 'Business Owner' of the Agentic AI product portfolio. Constantly evaluate how to drive revenue, justify every agent feature prioritized, and optimize cross-agent synergies. •Business Analysis: Run regular data analysis of the agent portfolio’s revenue, tracking core metrics like cross-sell, up-sell, expansion, and renewal. Build data-driven plans to improve these metrics for executive leadership. •Pricing and Packaging: Evaluate monetization models for autonomous agents, including consumption-based pricing, premium agent tiers, and marketplace monetization models to drive customer adoption. •Product-Led Growth (PLG): Architect innovative PLG and Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions specific to AI software. Design digital discovery and sandbox experiences that let users build trial agents in Agent Studio and seamlessly convert to paid tiers. •Sales Enablement & Positioning: Develop strategic sales enablement collateral, target messaging, and product positioning. Train the global sales team on how to deliver value-based demonstrations of autonomous agents and multi-agent systems. •Competitive Intelligence: Research the rapidly evolving agentic AI and security landscape. Determine how legacy platforms are positioned and develop offensive strategies demonstrating our unique agentic advantages. •Customer Relationships: Maintain deep relationships with enterprise CISOs and security practitioners to gather continuous feedback, understand operational friction, and translate insights into hard product requirements. •Autonomous Multi-Agent Orchestration: Define product requirements for multi-agent coordination, agent-to-agent communication protocols, and dynamic sub-agent composition (how agents like Val, Sara, and Nova collaborate to orchestrate risk remediation).
