Required Skills: •This role reports to the Head of Advisors and is central to institutionalizing advisor excellence as we scale organically and through acquisition. •Become the trusted advisor to the advisors you coach — the relationship they turn to first. Build genuine rapport and credibility with experienced, independent-minded professionals (including advisors more tenured than you) so that candid development conversations are welcomed. Trust is the foundation of the relationship and critical to success. •Identify coaching opportunities by analyzing advisor practice data, client outcomes, growth trends, and qualitative input, then translate those findings into clear, prioritized development needs. •Design and deliver customized coaching strategies and development plans tailored to each advisor's practice stage, growth goals, and skill gaps — spanning business development, financial planning delivery, client experience, and practice management. •Partner closely with the Head of Advisors and the firm's discipline leads (investments, advanced planning, business development, and tax) to align coaching content with the firm's broader enablement curriculum and strategic priorities. •Establish metrics and outcome scorecards to track the effectiveness of coaching engagements, connecting coaching activity to tangible results in organic growth, wallet share, and client retention. •Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, practice reviews, and goal-setting conversations with advisors, holding them accountable to agreed-upon action plans. •Identify patterns across the advisor base to inform firm-wide training, playbooks, and best-practice sharing, reducing variability in how advisors deliver planning and grow their practices.
