Required Skills: •Serve as the trusted advisor and primary resource for physician employment matters throughout the organization. You will drive consistent, fair, and compliant employment practices while helping leaders address complex workforce challenges. •Physician Relations Leadership •Lead physician employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, workplace investigations, and behavioral management. •Serve as the primary HR partner for physician-related employment issues and concerns. •Partner cross-functionally with physician leaders, Institute Dyad partners, operations teams, and legal counsel to assess risk and determine appropriate actions. •Support physician engagement and retention initiatives through effective workforce management practices. •Investigations & Performance Management •Direct and coordinate sensitive physician investigations from intake through resolution.
