Hiring: Director, People Analytics & Enablement Company: Everpure Location: Santa Clara, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:56:33 Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility, Data Pipeline, GDPR, Stakeholder Management About the job Required Skills: •Direct Enterprise People Analytics Strategy: Set and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for global workforce intelligence, predictive modeling, and generative AI use cases, establishing high-level goals that turn talent insights into high-impact corporate decisions. •Lead Executive Alignment & Storytelling: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive leaders, translating complex workforce trends into board-ready narratives, executive scorecards, and strategic workforce planning scenarios. •Define Product Vision & Governance: Direct the business requirements and product vision for enterprise workforce data products, skills intelligence tools, and manager dashboards, establishing global HR metric standards and data privacy governance in close coordination with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams. •Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: Build formal operational networks across HR, Finance, IT, and Enterprise Data, aligning executive stakeholders on key workforce trade-offs and ensuring clear boundary lines between HR's strategic requirements and IT's technical delivery. •Build & Empower High-Performing Teams: Lead, direct, and mentor a dedicated team of analytics leaders in the near future, optimizing team resources, setting performance metrics, and driving analytics/AI fluency across the broader global HR organization. Qualifications: •Executive Leadership & Domain Mastery: Comprehensive functional expertise in People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR strategy, with a proven track record of directing broad teams and influencing enterprise-level talent decisions. •AI-Enabled Analytics Vision: Strategic experience defining business requirements for forward-looking workforce tools—such as predictive modeling, generative AI, and conversational analytics—without needing to build or maintain technical data pipelines personally. •Executive Stakeholder Management: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with demonstrated success aligning C-suite executives, Finance leaders, and operational partners around complex workforce trade-offs and organizational investments. •Product Ownership & Governance Savvy: Deep understanding of data governance principles, metric standardization, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), coupled with experience managing product roadmaps for enterprise analytics tools. •Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
