Required Skills: •Lead, mentor, and develop multiple Water/Wastewater engineering teams, including Team Leaders and technical staff, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture. •Lead business development efforts, including identifying project opportunities, developing pursuit strategies, expanding municipal client networks, and strengthening teaming partner relationships. •Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, provide coaching, and support the professional growth of team members. •Oversee the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations. •Direct the planning, design, and execution of complex, large-scale, multi-discipline water and wastewater projects. •Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, technical reports, and construction documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. •Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control practices across projects and teams. •Ensure projects comply with all applicable codes, regulations, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
