You’ll design and deliver development programs that enhance leadership capabilities, strengthen clinical education, and support the mission and long-term strategies of WesleyLife. •Partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer and other department leaders to design and implement a system-wide learning strategy aligned with WesleyLife’s mission, people strategy, and strategic goals. •Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs for emerging leaders, new leaders, and senior leaders. •Oversee clinical education programs, including our Certified Nursing Assistant training, preceptor and mentoring programs, and initiatives to attract and retain clinical talent. •Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (Relias) to ensure engaging, compliant training experiences. •Actively facilitate and support design and implementation of performance management tools and feedback systems, including goal setting and development planning. •Partner on tracking and reporting key talent metrics to measure program effectiveness and support informed decision-making. •Partner cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to deliver impactful presentations and learning initiatives that drive business outcomes.
