They will partner with senior business and HR leaders to integrate culture into operating models, organizational processes, leadership behaviors, performance measures, ways of working, strategic transformation, and employee experience. •Enterprise Culture Strategy, Stewardship & Amplification •Define and continuously evolve AbbVie's enterprise culture strategy as a core enabler of meta-AbbVie, the business strategy, HR and talent strategy. •Serve as executive steward of AbbVie's culture, ensuring priorities are clear, visible, differentiated, measurable, and connected to enterprise outcomes. •Create and execute a multi-year culture amplification roadmap that extends beyond HR processes and activates culture through leadership, organizational systems, business practices, and employee experiences. •Protect what is distinctive and valuable in AbbVie's culture while intentionally evolving the behaviors and ways of working needed for the future. •Establish governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms that sustain the enterprise culture agenda.
