Required Skills: •Interface directly with SVP to design and execute a comprehensive fundraising roadmap to strategically grow and diversify revenue from corporations across multiple markets or workstreams. •Lead the identification, qualification, cultivation, and award of corporate prospects. •Craft high-stakes concepts, proposals, and presentations that translate complex workforce data into a compelling case for support. •Account Management & Stewardship •Oversee the lifecycle of a portfolio corporate relationships, including developing resources like emails, talking points, decks, one-pagers, and external-facing collateral, ensuring white-glove stewardship and ambitious renewal/growth targets. •Partner cross-functionally with Program, Development, and Data teams to synthesize Salesforce data and "on-the-ground" stories into sophisticated impact reports.
