Required Skills: •Operations Leadership •Lead all Petro Logistics operational activities, including planning, procurement, fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, RMA, and production coordination. •Lead and develop a team responsible for customer orders, procurement, inventory control, shipping and receiving, production support, and related operational activities. •Establish operational priorities that support customer requirements, revenue objectives, and business goals. •Develop and execute operational strategies that improve customer service, operational efficiency, inventory performance, and working capital utilization. •Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement. •Own Petro revenue forecasting processes based on shipments, open orders, customer schedules, and business opportunities. •Maintain forecasting tools and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company reporting and financial expectations. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Materials Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis of large data sets and pivot tables. •Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced business environment. •Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APICS, or Operational Excellence certification. •CompTIA certification or technical systems experience.
