Hiring: Director, OneHUB Business Liaison & Chief of Staff Company: AbbVie Location: North Chicago, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 22:05:32 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Stakeholder Management About the job Experience: •10+ years of experience in enterprise execution, transformation, PMO, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles within cross-functional, multi-layered organizations, ideally with background in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences companies Required Skills: •Act as the primary interface between OneHUB leadership and supported business functions •Translate business priorities, initiatives, and requirements into OneHUB execution plans •Ensure consistent two-way communication between OneHUB and enterprise stakeholders •Be accountable for new program launches, existing program changes and other changes in business need that could warrant a temporary change/adaption of OneHUB operations •Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business and GBS/internal teams •Gather regular feedback to improve service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction •Orchestrate cross-pillar planning, prioritization, and dependency management •Facilitate alignment across frontline and support pillars to enable integrated execution Qualifications: •Educate stakeholders on OneHUB capabilities, processes, and the value they deliver •Serves as a trusted strategic advisor to the OneHUB leadership team •Prepares executive-ready updates, meeting materials, and decision briefs to support leadership visibility and action •Identifies issues requiring leadership attention and prepares concise escalation summaries and recommendations •Drives alignment across cross-functional teams, removes blockers, and ensures timely follow-through on high-priority projects •Shapes priorities, identifies gaps, and connects short-term actions to long-term objectives for OneHUB •Represents leadership’s priorities and reinforces accountability across stakeholder groups •Demonstrated track record in aligning senior stakeholders across dependent functions, managing critical interdependencies, facilitating decision-making, and resolving execution challenges •Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive outcomes without direct authority •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required Compensation: •$160,500 - $305,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
