Required Skills: •Remote-First Leadership Role •This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the U.S. Leading a distributed team, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel for internal leadership meetings, team planning, and cross-functional collaboration. •Omnichannel Strategy & Leadership •Define and lead global omnichannel marketing strategy across priority audiences and markets. •Develop integrated channel strategies aligned with audience priorities, portfolio strategy, commercial goals, and approved messaging. •Establish the operating model, measurement framework, planning cadence, and optimization discipline for omnichannel marketing. •Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to improve engagement, efficiency, and performance. •Partner across internal MarComm (for messaging and branding), Product Management/Upstream (for positioning and approved claims), channel/audience marketers (HCP, Patient, B2B), Regulatory & Legal, and external agencies (paid media, messaging, and asset development) to align strategy and execution.
