Required Skills: •Plan, organize and direct consulting projects, including the overall pursuit, negotiation, execution, cost, schedule, and quality of deliverables. •Facilitate workshop sessions with senior-level client teams to understand client requirements, uncover needs and develop action plans. •Leverage strategic thinking to anticipate client problems and provide innovative and impactful solutions. •Liaise with clients, often as the first point of contact for all project-related communications. •Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts for the pursuit and delivery of consulting projects. •Compile, distribute, and present status reports, including project progress, schedule, cost, and budget impacts to internal and external stakeholders. •Establish project teams, coordinate activities amongst multiple disciplines and ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff. •Develop and contribute to training curriculums and materials for consultants and analysts. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related degree from an accredited program and 13 years of relevant consulting experience. •Or master's degree, MBA preferred. •Excellent business acumen with proven success in managing consulting engagements. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently interpret large data sets. •Demonstrated capacity to uncover customer needs, develop recommendations and deliver them persuasively. •Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills. •In-depth knowledge of financial concepts. •Excellent planning and analytical skills. •Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients. •This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
