Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred. •Seven to Ten years of experience in business development, partnership development, training, evaluation, nonprofit leadership, or a related field. •Strong relationship-building, communication, project management, and data analysis skills. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze data, assess training effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement strategies. •Demonstrated capacity to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
