Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. •Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible technology leadership experience, including software development, infrastructure operations, cloud-hosted solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. •Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing technology teams. •Current knowledge of enterprise technologies, web applications, Microsoft technologies (.NET/C#), content management systems, and digital service platforms. •Demonstrated experience leading cloud transformation initiatives, including migration of applications, infrastructure, databases, and services from on-premises environments to public or private cloud platforms. •In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, monitoring, governance, and cost optimization practices. •Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and organizational growth. •Strong communication, leadership, organizational, prioritization, budgeting, and project management skills. •ITIL certification and relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
