Required Skills: •Lead all stages of the sales cycle and coordination of our sales channel, including employees, customers, manufacturers' representatives, distributors, VARs, and VAMS •Assist the SVP of WW Sales & Business Development in developing our product strategy •Effectively execute and drive desired strategic & tactical sales and business development goals & objectives •Develop and lead our sales channel for its products and solutions in the Americas •Develop & support customer sales forecasts (immediate through 5 years) •Implement a process for creating, developing, and managing high-quality customer partnerships that lead to market share gains (SAM, SOM) •Understand customers' business objectives - buying criteria •Develop strategies to overcome sales barriers Qualifications: •BSEE/MSEE, Semiconductor Sales, RF & Test & Measurement Solutions Sales •Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) preferred; equivalent technical degree will be considered. •Proven track record selling complex test systems (e.g., VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, ATE platforms) into semiconductor fabs, test labs, and OEMs. •Hands-on understanding of RF/microwave principles, semiconductor test flows, and measurement best practices to lead technical conversations and demos. •Demonstrated success managing key accounts, channel partners, and distributor networks; experience building and scaling partner programs. •Strong commercial acumen: experience with pricing, contract negotiation, deal structuring and forecasting. •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and technical stakeholders. •Willingness to travel frequently (~50%) for customer meetings, trade shows, and partner engagements. •MBA or advanced business training and prior P&L ownership are a plus.
