Required Skills: •Partner with hiring leaders to define top-tier performance and focus each search on the capabilities that actually matter. •Proactively find, engage, and win over exceptional candidates - including people who aren't actively looking. •Dig beneath polished resumes and rehearsed answers to understand what candidates personally did, how they think, and what they can deliver. •Bring evidence into hiring decisions, run productive debriefs, and respectfully challenge the room when a candidate hasn't earned the next step. •Build a Better Machine. •Improve sourcing, interview frameworks, scorecards, tools, candidate experience, and hiring-manager calibration as we learn what works. •Own the pipeline from first contact through accepted offer and keep multiple high-priority searches moving without sacrificing quality. Qualifications: •A Nose for High Performers. •You can separate confidence from competence, team success from individual contribution, and real capability from great interviewing. •You notice when someone hasn't actually answered the question and know how to go deeper without coaching them toward the answer. •You know how to identify strong passive candidates, earn their attention, and turn curiosity into genuine interest. •A Builder's Mentality. •You don't just operate a recruiting process. You look for ways to make it better, more consistent, and more effective. •You're comfortable working with strong leaders, challenging assumptions, and making a clear recommendation when the evidence points one way. •You move quickly, follow through, and can keep several important searches moving without losing the details that matter. •Generally 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, executive search, high-performing agency recruiting, or closely related work. •Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including difficult-to-fill or senior roles.
