Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:20:40 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Salesforce About the job Experience: •10 years of progressive sales leadership in medical device, pharma, or healthcare technology •5+ years managing outsourced sales organizations or distributor networks Required Skills: •Lead strategic oversight of our outsourced sales organization to ensure partners deliver exceptional, compliant results •Develop and maintain sales governance, policies, and clinical selling standards for outsourced sales partners, ensuring alignment with FDA requirements and company standards •Design and optimize territory strategies, account segmentation, and field structure to maximize market coverage, patient access, and geographic efficiency •Partner with Marketing, Clinical, and CSO leadership to translate commercial strategy into compliant sales messaging, execution plans, and field readiness •Recruit, onboard, and manage outsourced sales organizations and contract sales partners — including performance expectations, competency standards, training requirements, and incentive alignment •Provide ongoing oversight of field execution through performance reviews, data analysis, field rides, and partner assessments to ensure quality execution, brand integrity, and continuous improvement •Analyze and report on sales performance, market trends, prescription patterns, and competitive intelligence — tracking key metrics such as patient starts, utilization, retention, customer acquisition cost, and revenue by territory •Lead and support successful launches of Pivot insulin pump assets by ensuring operational readiness, execution discipline, and achievement of sales objectives Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) •Diabetes technology experience (pumps, CGMs, automated insulin delivery) •Existing relationships with endocrinology KOLs and diabetes care networks •8–10 years of progressive sales leadership in medical device, pharma, or healthcare technology •Proven track record scaling sales from $10M to $100M+ in revenue at growth-phase companies •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI •Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
